Q. Where can I find information on how to apply for Global Pre Entry or TSA Precheck?
A. Go to https://ttp.dhs.gov/ for information on Trusted Traveler programs.
Q. Do I need a passport? Do my children need a passport?
A. If you are traveling anywhere outside of the United States via air, everyone in your party will need a passport. In most cases, you need a minimum of 6 months+ left on your passport from the date you are scheduled to return to the U.S. from travel. You are ultimately responsible for knowing the passport and entry requirements for all countries you will be visiting. If you are denied boarding due to an expired passport or no passport, you are responsible for any fees or costs associated with canceling and/or rebooking your trip.
Q. Are there resort fees included in my package pricing?
A. Unless specifically stated they are included in your travel documents, resort fees are not included. They are paid to the hotel property directly at checkin/checkout.
Q. How can I make payments toward my package?
A. After making your deposit, if you allow your agent to keep your card on file, you can simply email your agent and ask your agent to charge your payment or make a payment in the client portal (if applicable). If you need to use a new card, you will have to call your agent with the new details or enter your new card in the client portal.
Q. How and when will my travel documents be delivered to me?
A. Most travel documents will be electronically delivered to you via email within 24-48 hours of booking and final payment. On the rare exception you may need something mailed to you, it will be done so no later than 2 weeks prior to travel.
